FAQ's (Q) When will my item be shipped?       (A) Depending on the volume sold at any given time..you can except your item(s) to be shipped anywhere from approximately 2-7 days... (I am a solo operation :) plus I maintain 2 eBay stores, again solo (Q) Do you combine ship costs on multiple purchases?        (A) absolutely , whenever possible. (Q) What is your return policy?       (A) If you are not happy with or have any concerns with your item upon its receipt..please contact me right away..we will either come to an agreeable solution..or you can return in original packaging for a full refund within 7 days....minus return ship costs (unless the problem was my fault) (Q) Do you offer gift wrapping & will you ship to gift recipient?        (A) Yes...just provide the ship to address and what you want the card to say... (Q) I see an item I love, but its price is too high? can I make a "best" offer?        (A) Yes, any reasonable offer on many items will be considered, just ask. (Q) Are your handcrafted jewelry items one of a kind (OOAK)?        (A) Yes, all of my handcrafted jewelry pieces are all made with bit & pieces of vintage & antique jewelry & are all unique & will never be duplicated, although some may be similar. (Q) Are all of your broken china jewelry pieces one of a kind (OOAK)?        (A)  Yes & no...I can make the same pieces using the same china plate...so there will be similar pieces...but not necessarily identical as they are all shaped & made by hand including the bezel.  (Q) I have some broken rhinestone jewelry & grandmas broken heirloom plate ..can you make me some jewelry from my broken pieces?       (A) Yes, I would love to make a special piece(s)of jewelry from using your broken items. (Q) What if my item gets damaged or lost in the mail?        (A) It doesn't happen often..but it does happen....I package my items as best as possible...but...once a package is left in the care of the post office, I am no longer responsible...so if you have any concerns at all..be sure to ask for & purchase insurance... ....items that are breakable however insurance will not be an option but will be a must!   any ? not answered here, just send me a message.
